As a member of the Glass and Glazing Federation our customers have access to The Glazing Arbitration Scheme (TGAS), they are an independent ADR (alternative dispute resolution) scheme, which is the primary ADR scheme for the glass and glazing industry, plus other glazing related and home improvement products.
