Yes, if there is a panel in the bottom half of your door. If you have an existing door that is glazed this can be changed to a panel to accommodate a cat / dog flap; alternatively there are options to install into replacement glazing
Surfaces and inner channels should be cleaned using warm soapy water and either a soft cloth or sponge but do nothing harsher than a soft natural bristles brush. All areas should be thoroughly rinsed and dried after cleaning. Please see our maintenance manual downloads.

To stop blockages occurring from leaves and other debris
A Regular maintenance to clear out any debris, installation of gutter brush will keep gutters free from debris or alternatively installation of gutter guard will prevent blockage allowing non-restrictive flow of rainwater.

The most common reason is that it needs a small adjustment. If we have recently installed your door, there is a settling period in which movement may occur, please call to arrange for one of our engineers to visit to rectify. If this is happening to an existing door which is not covered by guarantee, please contact the office to arrange a quotation.
