PVCu Fascia
Our wide range of low maintenance long lasting PVC-UE fascia in a wide selection of sizes, colours and styles will improve the appearance of any façade. Five fascia styles to choose from, square leg, Ogee, Bullnose, Square Edge and Flat. We provide a choice of eight colours, from white, black and brown, to pale gold, Sable, and three different shades of grey, Storm Grey, Dark Grey and Anthracite Grey. All our boards are manufactured in five meter lengths and a variety of widths ranging from 100mm right up to 405mm. All the fascia systems come complete with matching accessories to ensure a professional finish on all projects.
When a fascia system is damaged beyond repair a full replacement of fascia may be needed; whereas using cap over fascia boards is the perfect way to improve existing wood fascia boards without a full replacement.
PVCu Soffit
To preserve and protect the underside of any roof edge, choose from our large collection of soffit board, from solid soffit and hollow soffit. The solid soffit comes with built in ventilation in the form of a single or double rows of vents. We provide a range of circular or strip vents that can be inserted into soffit to also provide ventilation. Vented soffit range will minimise the risk of trapped moist air and is a long-term solution for easy maintenance.
PVCu Gutter Systems
Our wide range of low maintenance long lasting PVC-UE gutter systems in a wide selection of sizes, colours and styles water is collected and directed away from the building. We provide four styles to choose from, square, round, deep flow and ogee. We provide a choice of five colours from white, black, brown, caramel and anthracite grey. The gutter lengths come in 4m lengths and comes complete with matching accessories to ensure a professional finish on all projects.
This protects the underside of the rafters.
This protects the end of the rafters and supports the bottom edge of tiles as well as the guttering.
This produces a decorative finish to the gable end of your home, sealing the verge.
150mm wide shiplap or 100mm wide tongue- and-groove cladding is used which allows for a 25mm overlap and 8mm interlock between planks. The profile is secret nailed between boards. The cladding is fixed to a rigid treated softwood timber batten base fixed to the substrate. A waterproof membrane is installed between the cladding and the battens to protect from any secondary water ingress.
Collects rainwater from the roof and carries it to the downpipe. Gutters are levelled and aligned to ensure correct gutter 'fall'. This allows the water to drain efficiently. Available in square, round or ogee styles.
Verge-guard protects the vulnerable tile edge on the gable end of your home. It forms a weathertight seal ensuring you will never have to repoint. They are supplied in one of three colours to complement your existing roof tiles.
